Eric Clapton And Steve Winwood - Exotic Summer [European Tour 2010, 24 CD]

Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood first connected in 1969 when they formed Blind Faith with Ginger Baker and Rick Grech. One of rock music's first "supergroups", the band was short-lived and released only one album. The eagerly anticipated 2010 European dates follow last summer’s U.S. Tour. Their three amazing nights at Madison Square Garden in February 2008 were captured on Live From Madison Square Garden. Released in May 2009, the DVD and CD sets highlight the duo’s shared history in Blind Faith, their abiding love of the blues, coupled with some signature solo songs and a few of their personal favorites.

Chris Stainton first joined Eric Clapton's band in 1979 and has been an integral part of EC's touring and recording bands for much of the last 30 years. Steve Gadd first joined Clapton’s band during the blues tour and remained with the band until 1996. He then rejoined Eric’s band from September 1998 through the 2004 World Tour and again from May 2009. Sharon White and Michelle John joined Eric Clapton’s band in 2004 while bass legend Willie Weeks signed on in 2006.

Level 42 - The Complete Polydor Years: 1985-1989 (10 CD, 2021/FLAC)

The Complete Polydor Years 1985-1989 contains the 1985 live album A Physical Presence and three studio albums: World Machine (1985), Running in the Family (1987) and Staring at the Sun (1988).

That’s five CDs to cover the albums. A further five discs brings together B-sides, 7″ remixes, 12-inch remixes and other rarities from this period. Like the first, very well received, box set this has been compiled in conjunction with Level 42 and band experts Paul Wallace, Paul Waller and Simon Carson.

Grateful Dead - Steppin' Out with the Grateful Dead: England '72 (4 CD, 2002) [FLAC]

Steppin' Out with the Grateful Dead: England '72 is a live box set from the Grateful Dead that collects performances from seven of their eight shows in England during their spring 1972 tour of Europe (their first tour of the UK and continental Europe)

The band visited England three times on the tour. They had booked four concerts in London (condensed to two) and one for Newcastle before touring mainland Europe. After the tour began, an opportunity came to return to England to play the stormy Bickershaw Festival, in between dates in Paris and Amsterdam. To make up for the poor sound and crowded shows at the last-minute replacement venue, the Empire Pool, they added more dates at the end of the tour, returning again to London for four performances at the acoustically favorable Lyceum Theatre in the West End.
