The Moody Blues have released 24 albums in a career spanning nearly five decades. They have sold over 50 million albums, earning them eighteen platinum discs and all manner of awards. This set contains 11 remastered CDs featuring key album tracks, previously unreleased mixes, out-takes and complete live concerts plus 3 DVD of rare television performances from around the world, promotional videos and the previously unreleased live concert from Olympia, Paris in 1970.






The Moody Blues - Time Traveller [5 CD, 1996/FLAC]

 


Time Traveller is a five-disc compilation album by The Moody Blues. It includes songs from Days of Future Passed through Keys of the Kingdom, as well as previously unreleased or rare tracks, several songs from the Justin Hayward/John Lodge album Blue Jays, and a solo track by Hayward. The fifth disc (omitted from the 1996 re-release) consists of live recordings.

 The Moody Blues have been at the forefront of the classic rock music scene for more than 40 years, and have continued to be a mainstay of concert stages, recording studios and the airwaves to the present day. During their immensely successful career, they have sold millions of albums worldwide, and have been the recipients of numerous prestigious awards.

This superbly packaged eight disc (six CDs and two DVDs) set brings together, for the first time, remastered editions of all The Moody Blues’ Polydor era albums, spanning the period 1986-1992.  The package – The Polydor Years 1986-1992 – includes 17 bonus tracks, 11 of which are being released for the first time, including a 1991 BBC radio session.
 
The set also includes a previously unreleased concert recording from the group’s July 1986 appearance in Cleveland, Ohio, during their “Other Side of Life” tour, and a fully remastered edition of the September 1992 “Red Rocks” concert with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra accompanying with 64-page hardbound book.
