Grateful Dead - Sunshine Daydream (3 CD, 2013/FLAC + DVDRIP + 2xDVD 5)

Sunshine Daydream is a music documentary film, starring the rock band the Grateful Dead. It was shot at their August 27, 1972 concert at the Old Renaissance Faire Grounds in Veneta, Oregon. Unreleased for many years, the film was sometimes shown at small film festivals, and bootleg recordings of it circulated on VHS and DVD, and as digital downloads. A digitally remastered and reedited official version of the film was released on August 1, 2013, showing only one time in selected theaters as that year's edition of the Grateful Dead Meet-Up at the Movies. It was screened with Grateful Days, a new documentary short that includes interviews with some of the concert attendees. Sunshine Daydream was released on DVD and Blu-ray on September 17, 2013.

Sunshine Daydream is also a live album containing the complete August 27, 1972 Grateful Dead concert. Produced as a 3-disc CD and as a 4-disc LP, it was released by Rhino Records on September 17, 2013.

The name Sunshine Daydream is taken from the coda section of the Dead song "Sugar Magnolia".

Grateful Dead - Transmission Impossible - The Benefit Shows (3 CD, 2018/FLAC-HD)

Renowned for having regularly performed concerts that ran in excess of three hours, when the occasion demanded such -such as at all-star benefit gigs - Grateful Dead could still bring the house down when playing sets lasting between an hour and ninety minutes. This triple disc sets features three such occasions from the Dead's glorious catalogue of live broadcast recordings, which prove the above without exception.

Disc One is an early show for the band from November 19th 1966, recorded at Bill Graham s Fillmore, with the gig benefitting the venue itself, which was losing money at the time.

Disc Two features the groups set at the Cambodian Refugee Benefit on January 13th 1980, held at the Oakland Coliseum Arena, and again organised by Bill Graham, in support of those who d had to flee their homes following the 1979 invasion of Cambodia by Vietnam.

Disc Three which, somewhat ironically, features the Grateful Dead s appearance at the Bill Graham Tribute Concert held in Golden Gate Park, organised in the wake of the great man s tragic death, following a helicopter crash on October 25th 1991.

Allman Brothers Band - Transmission Impossible (3 CD, 2018/FLAC + 320)

This 3  CD boxed set celebrates the extraordinary career of The Allman Brothers, and features live broadcast recordings from each era of the band s history.

On Disc One, from the group s first wave when brother Duane was still on board, comes the very rare Warehouse broadcast, recorded in New Orleans in September 1971. Next up is the classic broadcast from the Cow Palace in San Francisco on New Year s Eve 1973, by which time, tragically, both Duane Allman and bass player Berry Oakley had been killed in separate motorcycle accidents. The set is concluded with an extraordinary late period show recorded at the Woodstock Festival in 1994 (on the 25th Anniversary of the original 1969 event) when the band performed a dynamic set in front of some 500,000 attendees

Wish You Were Here : Another One for Woody - benefit show 2010-11-22 NY [FLAC]

Phish - New Year's Eve 1995 - Live at Madison Square Garden (3 CD, 2005/FLAC)

New Year's Eve 1995 - Live at Madison Square Garden
is a live concert album by American rock band Phish that was released in 2005. The album comprises the band's December 31, 1995 show at Madison Square Garden, named by Rolling Stone as one of the "Greatest Concerts of the '90s".

Fans consider it one of Phish's best shows and the band considers it one of their top five concerts. Following this 1995 show, Phish established a tradition of performing multi-night New Year's shows at Madison Square Garden. The concert includes versions of two songs from The Who's Quadrophenia album, which Phish had covered in its entirety for their 1995 Halloween show, and songs from the band's Gamehendge song cycle.

The album was released on December 20, 2005, to celebrate the show's tenth anniversary and received the Archival Album of the Year award at the 6th Annual Jammy Awards in 2006. The release marked the first time that the song "The Sloth" had been issued on a commercially released Phish recording.

Phish - Chicago '94 [6 CD, 2012]

6-CD box set, showcasing two complete shows recorded live on June 18, 1994 and November 25, 1994 at UIC Pavilion in Chicago, IL.

By 1994, Phish was well established as an international touring act and already well known to a growing group of hardcore fans. Amidst a tour packed with highlights - it was this summer that convinced the band to start multi-tracking their live shows - this show was recorded for posterity on 2-track DAT. Lightning rarely strikes twice in the same place but Chicago '94 is an example of just that.
Paul Languedoc's stereo soundboard mixes re-mastered by Fred Kevorkian carry the intensity and intricacy of these special shows to listeners' ears eighteen years later. Chicago '94 contains nearly six hours of music performed at both shows for a total of 43 songs, including material from the UIC soundchecks.

The Grateful Dead Movie, released in 1977 and directed by Jerry Garcia, is a film that captures live performances from rock band the Grateful Dead during an October 1974 five-night run at Winterland in San Francisco. These concerts marked the beginning of a hiatus, with the October 20, 1974, show billed as "The Last One". The band would return to touring in 1976. The film features the "Wall of Sound" concert sound system that the Dead used for all of 1974. The movie also portrays the burgeoning Deadhead scene. Phish - St. Louis '93 [6 CD, 2017]

St. Louis ’93 collects official recordings of Phish’s two 1993 stops at the American Theatre in St. Louis. Both the April 14 and August 16 shows are fantastic and previously circulating audience recordings were unimpressive to say the least.

The six-CD set comes from an extremely busy year in Phish history and a very important one. Phish was in the process of moving from theaters to amphitheaters and was starting to employ the “Type II” jamming that became a hallmark of their sound. Fans in St. Louis were treated to two very different concerts in 1993, but each was filled to the brim with highlights.

Grateful Dead - View from the Vault, Volume Four (DVD 9, 2012)

View from the Vault, Volume Four (styled as View from the Vault IV) is the fourth release in the "View from the Vault" series of rock concert recordings by the Grateful Dead. Like the other entries in the series, it was released simultaneously on CD and as a DVD concert video. However, unlike the previous 3-CD volumes, View from the Vault IV is a 4-CD set. This volume contains selections from two consecutive shows in California — July 24, 1987, at Oakland Stadium, and July 26, 1987 at Anaheim Stadium.

These concerts were recorded during the "Dylan & the Dead" tour. On this brief tour, the Grateful Dead played two sets followed by a performance by Bob Dylan, with the Dead providing his accompaniment (some of those performances are documented on the album Dylan & the Dead). All four Dead sets from these two dates are included in the release, but the sets with Dylan are not. Also not included are the "Touch of Grey" encores the Dead played both nights with Dylan on guitar (followed by an additional Dylan song). Additionally, the CD version includes "Friend of the Devil", "Me & My Uncle", and "Big River", which do not appear on the DVD.

View from the Vault IV was the first "View from the Vault" that was not also released on VHS videotape. It was the first DVD of the series that included the option of either a two-channel stereo or a Dolby 5.1 channel surround sound soundtrack. It was the final title in the "View from the Vault" series, and was followed eight months later by The Closing of Winterland DVD/CD set.

  • Jerry Garcia – guitar, vocals
  • Bob Weir – guitar, vocals
  • Phil Lesh – bass, vocals
  • Brent Mydland – keyboards, vocals
  • Bill Kreutzmann – drums, percussion
  • Mickey Hart – drums, percussion

Phish - At the Roxy [8 + 1 CD, 2008]

At the Roxy is an 8-disc box set from the rock band Phish recorded live over the course of their three-show run at the Roxy Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, from February 19 to February 21, 1993.

Over three nights, the band showcased the full spectrum of their talents from ballads to blues, from master composition to fearless improvisation all simmered and served to a small crew of jubilant participants in a near perfect environment. At the same time, the quartet was experimenting with their acoustic, bluegrass side that peaked over the next several years and provided a perfect baffle to the intense, psychedelic rock of Rift-era Phish. The 8-CD box set is the first complete multiple-show release since Hampton Comes Alive and the 1998 Island Tour.
