Krokus - Adios Amigos Live @ Wacken [2021]

Veteran Swiss hard rockers KROKUS has released a new CD/DVD, "Adios Amigos Live @ Wacken", on February 19, 2021.

There is probably no band that doesn't dream of playing at Germany's Wacken Open Air, the biggest festival in the metal world. KROKUS rocked there for the second time in August 2019, this time on the main stage. What belonged together came together and the guys, who have played over 2,000 concerts worldwide in their 46-year career, experienced one of their strongest moments ever.

 Gov’t Mule has released a new live album, Live At The Cotton Club / Atlanta / February 20, 1997, the third release in their streaming-only series via Evil Teen Records. The brand-new live release features Gov’t Mule’s original line-up and was recorded in Georgia where the band was formed by front man Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Woody, as a side project of The Allman Brothers Band when they were off tour, and drummer Matt Abts. The fun side project filled the void of experimental rock power acts and have since gone on to showcase their virtuosity, intelligence, and breadth over the course of their decades-long career as one of the most timeless and active bands in the world. Live At The Cotton Club features a mix of songs from Gov’t Mule’s 1997 self-titled debut album and 1998 sophomore album, Dose, as well as covers of songs originally by Sonny Boy Williamson, Memphis Slim, Tom Waits, and more.

The highly prolific TANGERINE DREAM, led by Edgar Froese for over 40 years, signed to Virgin Records in 1974, with Froese developing a concurrent solo career. Debut solo album: 'Aqua' (1974) recorded in Berlin appears here augmented with the alternative version of: 'NGC 891' from his 1981 compilation album: 'Solo 1974-1979'. 'Epsilon In Malaysian Pale' (1975) also includes the Alternative Version of the Title Track. 'Ages' (1978) recorded in Autumn 1977 at Amber Studios in Berlin. The album is complemented with 2 Bonus Tracks including the Remix Versions of 'Pizarro And Atahuallpa' and 'Tropic Of Capricorn' available on CD for the first time. 'Stuntman' Froese's 5th studio album was issued in 1979. This four-disc release is completed with 'Pinnacles' opus, recorded in 1983.
